Modulax inicia operação de alto-forno na Colômbia

Modulax Colombia , an “arm” from Modulax Indústria e Comércio in Brazil,  finished the assembly and began operating the first Andean Iron’s steel plant, located in the town of Zipaquirá, near the capital Bogotá.

The project contemplates the sale, construction and assembly of  ten steel mill plants, providing total production of 1,500,000 tons of pig iron per year. The team Modulax Colombia already started assembling the second blast furnace.
