Working since 2006 in the manufacture of metal structures for heavy industry, Modulax delivered to the end of July his first work for the hospitality industry.

In partnership with the construction Ferreira Miranda, the Vila Gaya Residence Service Project is a complex of 70.000m2, composed of bungalows in style “loft” and complete leisure area including pool, sauna and tennis courts, built in the city of São Sebastião das Águas Claras / MG.
